About

Clockwork Publishing is a label of “Uhrwerk Verlag” (CEO Patric Götz), a German RPG publishing company, that unfortunately isn’t very easy to pronounce for English native speakers. That’s the reason we created “Clockwork Publishing” with a slightly different logo – but we are essentially one company.

In Germany, we are publishing a wide range of various RPGs, both translated from English to German as well as original RPGs. You can find our German website here: www.uhrwerk-verlag.de.

  1. I love your work on updating Space 1889 with lots of great new ideas! I’m interested in your Der Mars book – any chance that will be translated into English?

  2. Hi,

Please can you let me know if you plan to translate any further Space 1889 products into English,

    Thank you

  3. Hello! I run the #randomworlds RPG chatroom and hold Q&A sessions for game authors there. Would you be interested in coming by to discuss XXXXXXXXXX?

Past guests include Kenneth Hite, Robin D. Laws, Greg Stafford, Greg Stolze, Jonathan Tweet, Margaret Weis, and Mark Rein•Hagen, as well as Jason Durall (back when the room was #rpgnet).

    Here’s the schedule: https://tinyurl.com/randomworlds-schedule

(The standard time slots are 7:30-9:30 p.m. Central, Monday-Thursday except where otherwise noted.)

Here’s the shortcut to the chatroom: https://tinyurl.com/randomworlds-chat

Here’s my blog, where I save the Q&A logs: http://gmshoe.wordpress.com/

    And here’s the Q&A format: http://gmshoe.wordpress.com/2014/03/01/qa-format/

I should also mention that game authors are always welcome to hang out with us and discuss their products, and we have quite a few authors who do so on a regular basis. A Q&A simply gives you the floor to yourself. 🙂

    1. Hi Dan! While discussing XXXXXXXXXX might be a little hard for us, we would be more than happy to talk about Space:1889 or our new game Dark Conspiracy (for which a crowdfunding will start in 2 hours). 😉 Just send us an email to patric[ät]uhrwerk-verlag.de and we’ll see what we can do! Doing a Q&A while our crowdfunding is up and running would of course be ideal.
